    Pet Measurements for 'BUMPER HAT/BUMPER CAP'

    Provide your pets' measurements (in inches)  in the block below to obtain a custom-fitted headgear. Please provide six measurements (1B, 2A-2C, and 3).  We use imperial measurements (i.e., inches).  If you use metric measurements, please convert to inches.  Exact measurements required -- please measure your pet accurately as we cannot issue refunds on custom-made items.

    NOTE:  After we receive all your forms, we will request headshots of your pet.  Please DO NOT send them to our website email as it cannot accommodate receiving photos at this time.  You will receive an email with photo details and where to email them.  Using a fabric tape measure in your photos as shown below will be very helpful.

    We understand that it may be difficult to hold your pet for measuring purposes, however, this step is very important and may require two people to accomplish this task.  To make it easy on your pet and yourself, we suggest that you capture photos while measuring.  Submit your measurements form and be prepared to submit photos after you receive an acknowledgment email from us.

    Display the tape measurement in your photo as shown. (As an example, the white elastic reflects a measurement of 4.5" at the bottom ear line. The elastic is not necessary -- you can just eyeball the measurement where the bottom ear line is on your pet.)

    Example measurement in the above photo is 4.5". Provide the bottom ear line measurement for your pet in #3. We will adjust your measurement to include the headgear band based on your pet photos.

    If so, we include a 'headgear-to-collar' strap assembly (webbing width and color may vary) with two D-rings on every headgear as a standard feature (as shown).
